Shipping & Refund Policy

This shipping policy ensures clarity in delivering products and the terms both the customers and TECHLINK GLOBAL CO., LIMITED are required to comply with.

The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy, which is binding on both you (customer) and TECHLINK GLOBAL CO., LIMITED, a company registered in the United Kingdom. As part of our service, users can have the products won from the Unboxing service shipped to them. The shipping process consists of three phases:

  • Selection: Users select the desired products from their inventory on mystixo.com. We require personal data, such as the recipient's name and address, which are essential for the subsequent phases. Rest assured that the data will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
  • Payment: Depending on your location and chosen items, customers are required to pay a flat fee to initiate and submit a shipping request.
  • Processing: Once the user has paid the shipping request and confirmed their details, Mystixo proceeds to order the products, which are then delivered directly from our partners to the customer. External service providers provide shipping and delivery services, and their respective terms apply. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel an order or refuse service without prior notice or liability.

1.) Shipping Policy

  • i. Shipment Handling Time (US, UK, and EEA): The typical shipping time within the United States, United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area (EEA) is 7–21 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed; we will notify you via email in such cases.
  • ii. Shipment Handling Time (Other International): For destinations outside the regions mentioned above (including Russia), the estimated shipping time is 12–28 working days. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed when you submit your shipping request.

2.) Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mystixo (mystixo.com) is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after transportation (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

3.) Damages

Mystixo is not liable for products damaged or lost during transportation. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

4.) Return and Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact support@mystixo.com.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Eligible cancellations will result in the items being returned to your website inventory.
  • Returns: Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Returns must use tracked shipping.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received, the refund will be issued as Credits to your mystixo.com account within 7 days.

5.) All Sales Are Final

All purchases on Mystixo—including mystery boxes, credits, and virtual items—are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

6.) Unused Credits & Billing Issues

Refunds may be considered for unused, directly purchased credits if requested within 30 days via support@mystixo.com. Billing discrepancies must also be reported within 30 days.

7.) Exchanges, Cryptocurrency & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are not available for items exchanged for credits or items purchased using cryptocurrency.
  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all items and credits.
