Mystxo provides a mystery box entertainment platform where users can purchase boxes containing randomized prizes. All box contents and odds are displayed before purchase. The outcome of each box opening is determined by our provably fair random number generation system. All sales are final once a box is opened.

5. Battles and Competitions

Battle mode allows users to compete against others in real-time mystery box competitions. By participating in battles, you accept the rules of the specific battle format, including entry requirements and prize distribution. Battle outcomes are determined by provably fair algorithms.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Due to the nature of mystery box products, refunds are generally not available once a box has been opened. Unopened boxes may be eligible for refund within 24 hours of purchase.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Using automated systems or bots to access the platform
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the random generation system
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities

Mystxo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
